Hello and welcome to my blog! Before I get into talking about how I’m going to help you Create The Life You Want, I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Ky, I am a content creator and aspiring aesthetician. I make content all about lifestyle, beauty, single mom life, cleaning, mindset and living low income. I’m creating this blog as a resource center for glowing up and working to live your best life no matter where you are at on your journey.

During this course we are going to be talking about the following:

I have a background in fitness and health promotion and worked as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach running my own business for a number of years. Though I don’t coach anymore, I will be using my education and experience to help you achieve the lifestyle of your dreams. Behavior change and mindset are a HUGE part of changing your life and I can help you master both.

Currently, I’m a single mum to an amazing 8-year-old boy, and am 32-weeks pregnant with my second son. A lot of my content will be centered around how to get it all done while still being a very hands-on mum. Balance is a hard thing to achieve and can feel really over whelming, but there are definitely ways to find that balance without sacrificing your own health and wellness. Again, not easy, but possible. You just need to know how and put in the effort to form a plan that works for you and your family.

I will be starting with a seven-day series that will help get you on your way to changing your life to match your true vision. This seven-day crash course will help you build the foundation you need to create a clear vision of how you want your life to be, and to help you create a plan and necessary steps to begin the journey to get there. Though, it will be outlined as a seven-day activity, by no means does it need to be done within those seven-days. You may take a week for each aspect or go back and revise each step as you figure more and more out. This course is about your own journey and you can take it at your own pace. Here are how the seven steps will be outlined…

Day 3 – How to glow up your physical health

Day 4 – How to glow up your mental health

Day 5 – Creating financial wellness

Day 6 – Putting it all together

Day 7 – How to maintain and reflect
